It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Sarah Deane's passing. Born Sarah Doherty, and formerly of Porturlin, Ballina, Co. Mayo, she peacefully departed this world at her Birmingham residence on December 6th, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family.
Sarah's life was a tapestry woven with love and connection. She was predeceased by her parents, Willie and Margaret Doherty, as well as her infant sister Bridget and her brother Michael.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished by her devoted family. Sarah is survived by her loving husband, Michael, and their daughters, Sandra and Fiona. Her memory will be treasured by her sons-in-law, Brian and Con, and her adoring grandchildren, Caitlin, Liam, Keelin, Eoin, and Charlie. But here's where it gets emotional... Sarah's spirit will continue to live on through her sisters Mary (USA), Kathleen (Birmingham), and Bernadette (Sligo), and her brothers Liam (Maynooth) and Patrick (London). She also leaves behind a wide circle of family and friends, all of whom will deeply miss her presence.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
